A delegation from East Timor has arrived in Malabo to attend the Energy Technical Meeting of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP), which is to take place from 5th to 7th of October.

On arrival at Malabo International Airport, the East Timor delegation led by the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources, Alfredo Pires, was received by the Director General for Energy.
Alfredo Pires, as sitting President of the CPLP, came for the first time to Equatorial Guinea, to attend the Energy Technical Meeting, which will be attended by the member States of the community: Equatorial Guinea, Angola, East Timor, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Portugal, Mozambique and São Tomé and Principe.
